In this workshop, we breathe new life into the role of leader and decouple it from the concept of management. Here you will learn what leadership in a complex environment means, what it takes and how you can successfully take on this role.

Sometimes talking is better than just doing it
Change is often accompanied by worries and fears. However, these are usually ignored and lead to a typical source of failure. People are not afraid of change, they are afraid of being changed. A key to successful transformation work is therefore the use of accompanying and inclusive communication. In this workshop, you will learn how to design successful communication so that everyone is keen to help shape it.
Culture eats everything for breakfast
We create a culture for change
Culture is a complex construct. Just like the foosball table, a single training session does not bring about a change in culture. In this workshop, you will therefore learn what relevance values and culture have for your organization and how you can make them visible. We will talk about what aspired and lived values are, who is actually responsible for creating culture and how good behavior can be promoted. After the workshop, you will be able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your organizational culture and know how to actively make it a successful topic.

Here you will find everything that is usually clearly visible in the individual and can be observed from the outside. This includes the skills shown, but also the appearance and observable behavior. These can be tailor-made solutions for your organization or already established methods such as Scrum and Kanban, Objective and Key Results (OKR) or frameworks for scaling agility such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). These areas are the main focus of a transformation. We evaluate each framework in relation to the other three quadrants in order to make transformation successful and sustainable.

One of our core concerns is to always put the power of transformation back into your hands. We are incredibly grateful that you have placed your trust in us. Ultimately, however, we are even happier when you are ready to shape the continuous change yourself. Our aim is to make you largely independent of us.
In a holistic transformation, we rely on accompanying training for your colleagues. Call them change agents, transformation managers, agile coaches, etc. – your wording.
We will show you how you can take over our job in the future. In special and customized formats, we gradually transfer our knowledge, take responsibility for you and withdraw step by step.
INTRODUCTION AND SUPPORT FOR AGILITY
Team Dojo
Teams are the powerhouses of organizations, where decisions are put into action. The better a team is organized, the more and more targeted the joint energy flows. Nevertheless, organizations often underestimate the power of self-organized teams and remain stuck in poorly structured project groups. In our Team Dojo, we support existing teams in unleashing self-organized work or help to set up these teams and send them on their journey.
We pick up each team where it stands. Once we have established the status quo of the team together, we move on to the dojo. Here we practise in the four fields: Context, Composition, Competencies and Ability to Change. After the joint modules, we evaluate the results and move on to the next round if necessary.

Context
In what context does or should the team work? We sharpen the vision and mission, take a closer look at the working methods, organizational structures and stakeholders, and make culture and values explicit.

Composition
How is the team set up? We look at the roles and responsibilities in the team and work out together where existing skills and abilities are best utilized or where they should be further developed.

Competencies
What about the essential social skills in the team? We work on psychological safety, establish modern (self-) leadership models, communication, decision-making and conflict models. Can the team work successfully as a team in the long term?

Ability to change
What about continuous change competence? We identify metrics as sensors and indicators for the need for change. We establish structures for experimentation and continuous learning.

Sustainability
As a certified B Corp, we meet high social and ecological standards and are committed to responsible action, transparency and continuous improvement.
We don’t want to keep our knowledge and experience to ourselves. We know how important it is to get the CO2 balance under control. However, our understanding of sustainability goes beyond this and includes not only the environment but also company management, customers, the community and employees.
We would be happy to inspire you in our workshop with this approach to concrete measures or accompany you on your way to a more sustainable organization or perhaps even your B Corp certification.
